By visiting pamelaproject.org, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This site is an informational page about The Pamela Project Inc., a Virginia nonprofit corporation based in Richmond. It exists so that people can learn what we do and reach us. It is not an application for assistance, and submitting nothing here enrolls you in anything.
3. Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or medical advice, and nothing here creates an attorney-client, advisor, or provider relationship. Decisions about your debts, your insurance, or your child's care should be made with qualified professionals who know your situation.
4. No offer or guarantee of debt relief
Describing our work does not create an offer, a promise, or an entitlement to have any particular debt purchased or erased. Whether a balance can be relieved depends on factors outside our control, including whether it is available for purchase and what our funding allows.
5. Contacting us
Email and telephone are not secure channels. Do not send protected health information, financial account numbers, or other sensitive material through them. Messages you send us are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Pamela Project name, wordmark, logo, artwork, and the text and design of this site belong to The Pamela Project Inc. You may link to the site and quote short passages with attribution. Do not copy the branding or present our materials as your own.
7. Accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete or error-free, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time without notice.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. The Pamela Project Inc. and its directors, officers, volunteers, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Any link we provide to another organization is for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
