Privacy Policy

The short version

This website is a single static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and has no forms. We do not collect personal information from you when you browse it. If you email or call us, we have whatever you chose to tell us — and nothing else.

Information we do not collect

Information our host records

Like nearly every website, this one is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs — typically IP address, browser type, and the time of the request — for security and reliability. We do not control the retention of those logs, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.

When you contact us

If you email Jonathan@pamelaproject.org or call (804) 398-0080, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and maintain our records. We use it only for that purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us, and we do not share what you send with anyone outside The Pamela Project unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

Please do not send protected health information, account numbers, or copies of medical bills through unencrypted email. If you need to share sensitive documents, contact us first and we will arrange a secure method.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what correspondence we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.

Changes to this policy

If we add anything to this site that collects information — a donation path, a newsletter, a contact form — we will update this policy before it goes live, and change the date at the top of this page.
